We back founders before the market agrees with them. If the thesis is obvious, we’re probably too late. Our best investments started with a strong no from most of the room.

We look at what you’ve shipped, not how many slides you have. A working prototype beats a polished pitch every time. Show us the code, the users, the data.

Patient, not passive
We write early cheques and hold. No pressure to raise prematurely, no manufactured urgency. But we’re hands-on when asked — recruiting, product feedback, introductions to our studio alumni network.

Studio advantage
Our portfolio companies get access to the studio’s engineering, design, and GTM capabilities at cost. It’s not a perk — it’s a structural edge that no traditional fund can offer.

- Foundational tooling for building, deploying, and operating AI systems. We’re interested in the picks-and-shovels layer — inference engines, orchestration, evaluation, fine-tuning platforms.
- Developer Tools
- Software that makes engineers more productive. IDEs, observability, CI/CD, testing frameworks, and the emerging category of AI-assisted development workflows.
- Digital Platforms
- Vertical and horizontal platforms that digitise workflows, connect supply with demand, or create new marketplaces. We favour platforms with defensible network effects.
- Automation & Data
- Enterprise data pipelines, workflow automation, and intelligent systems that replace manual processes. The companies turning messy internal operations into structured, queryable intelligence.
