We don’t fund ideas.
We build companies.

The studio is where ventures start. We assemble small, senior teams around high-conviction theses and build from first commit to product-market fit - then hand the keys to a permanent founding team.

How a venture is born

  1. 01

    Identify

We spot gaps in AI infrastructure, digital platforms, and developer tooling where a full-stack team can move faster than the market. Ideas come from our network, our operators, or founders who approach us pre-product.

  2. 02

    Assemble

A dedicated squad - typically two engineers, a designer, and a commercial lead - forms around the thesis. They operate like a founding team, not consultants on retainer.

  3. 03

    Build

Twelve to eighteen months of focused execution. We own the product roadmap, ship weekly, and run design sprints against real users. The studio covers infrastructure, payroll, and back-office so the team can stay heads-down.

  4. 04

    Launch & Separate

Once the venture hits early traction, we recruit a permanent CEO, transfer equity, and step into a board role. The company graduates from the studio as an independent entity with Miraventures as its anchor investor.

What we bring to the table

Product Engineering
Full-stack development from prototype to production. We favour TypeScript, React, Go, and cloud-native infrastructure - whatever gets to market fastest without accruing reckless tech debt.
Design & UX
Interface and experience design that treats taste as a competitive advantage. Brand identity, design systems, and interaction design - all built in-house.
Go-to-Market
Positioning, first customers, pricing experiments. We run lean GTM sprints alongside the product work so we’re selling before the v1 is polished.
Talent & Operations
Recruiting founding team members, setting up legal entities, finance tooling, and the operational scaffolding a new company needs to actually function.
